We have submitted twice to the drug test and both times were found innocent. My son is having alot of problems due to this. He is scared to go to school. Please help any advice on what to do when Family Members are vendictive?

I think you should ask this question of the social worker who last investigated. I am sure it happens fairly often. Be open and pleasant and cooperate completely. If it happens again, and a new person investigates, refer them to the worker you've talked to.
It's a crime to file a false report, but of course it's hard to prove the reporter knows it's false. Still, no one person should be able to get away with this more than once.

This is a hard question so many children are abused today sounds as if you dont have anything to worry about so i think i would maybe set back and let them hang them selves if your are not doing anything wrong maybe all of you guys could agree to family couseling surley someone has a problem dont know what but professional help together or seperate might help can you get a medaitor to talk thes problems out at lest they are concerned somepeople go ablut it the worng way they dont know how to aproch certain problems but all cases must be reported for thee sake of the child id rather my grandchildren be safe than sorry and if you can fine a way to seek professional help to work out your diffenences with all parties it might help good luck and as you say you dont do thes things maybe you could get to the bottom of why the other party thinks so good luck find a group a professional one ask yur defax worker to maybe set up a apointmentment with all parties involved god luck for the childs sake they are the ons who suffer the most they usually love every one involved best thinh ive found for me is to keep them nuteral and let them love eveyone we never can find enough people in this old world to love us thes days the relationship just might be worth saving and at least you will know you did all you did when your child gets older and ask quiesions you wont have to feel quilty. good luck soory for all parties involved i know this feeling also. debbie c

Assholes. Start turning them in for things they aren't doing and make their life a living hell. It will cost them time and money just be a jerk right back and create ridiculous problems for them. They'll get the hint. Can't you go to the police and file charges on them for false accusations, that way it will end up in the D.A.'s hands. Never mind, that's a bad idea, it would only cost you money and more grief. How about moving, say a small beach town in Texas or Florida. You need to get as far away from these jerks as possible

you prob should get a lawyer because the same thing is happening to me as we speak,and i've tried getting the police and the DA involved but i think since they are my family no one wants to help because they think it's just a family spat and that i'd prob change my mind when trial time came up but NO WAY would i because the story is way too deep and we've put up with way too much sh*t this time!! you can email me sometime if you want because i need to know what to do ,since i personally can't afford a lawyer,also it might be nice to talk to someone else in the same situation.
