Keeping your skin clean is very important, but any product can do that. I use Clinique because I have very sensitive skin, and can't use most products on it. They work fine for me.

I used it and it caused me to have the worse break outs my skin has ever experienced. It dried out my skin, yet caused these massive breakouts. It was not pretty. It did not help my skin.
But If you are looking to clear up your skin, It takes time. You need to care for your skin day and night in order to get results from any skin care line. Everyone is different, but once you start using a line give it at least a month of using it day and night.

I used to use it because I have sensitive skin, but don't anymore there are some really good products recently for fair/sensitive skin without the huge price tag. Like neutrogena, nivea and simple brands.

Yah i do, i sometimes have really bad eczema, the only problem i find with it is the cleaning stuff,(its purple) it really stings it so i learn not to use it on my eczema. but i like it...it keeps away the zits
