Once again for a friend...she's too scared to post. :p So I'm doing the dirty work. Supposedly what went down is she said I love you..and he goes I can't say that back...apologized profusely....and then finished wiht not yet. She wants to know is it a good thing?? Meaning...that he could eventually say it?

He's just not ready yet. Maybe he will be eventually, maybe not. But at least he is an honest guy and not willing to say things he doesn't really mean. I think he's a keeper.

Sure it's a good thing....sort of. If they have only been dating for like a week that would be too soon for most guys. It's not just time though. As even if they are together for 10 years, but just hang out as friends, a guy won't feel all that close.

Also, in general, guys don't say 'love' all that much.

all that means is that he doesnt know her well enough to say it yet, he might say it in a week or two or he might never say it. but he left open the possibility and hes honest

its not a good thing but it isn't a bad thing...he's trying to make sure he's one hundred percent sure about his feelings, which is good. At least he's not lying so thats good ;)
