Get the cheap MAX dvd player from futureshop.ca. Around 25 bucks. Plays Euro version dvds for sure

You need to have a dvd player that will play that region DVD. There isn't anything you can download to your dvd player to do it. I would suggest getting whats called a region free dvd player. They are hard to find in stores in the states for some reason, but you can get them online fairly cheap.

yup, If you need a player that plays dvd's from around the world, get this one and keep it in the closet for when you need it. Works quite well and pictures are crystal clear.

There is no program you can download for free if using laptop and s video. You gotsta pay for those idiotic programs. Just get the cheap MAX. I was blown away by the picture of even 30 year old scandinavian movies...

Hi.The only way is to find someone who knows the electronics and can adjust the components so the player can accept all DVD regions.Otherwise try to find a multi region player.I don't think there is any way of downloading, not yet anyway.Hope you get fixed up .

My Friend is a electronic technician and he put an extra chip into my player, now I can play them all.
Cost you about $30
