Well , you see today , I had P.E. in school and we did sprint contests. Now my legs hurt super bad so I don't want to move them. I also have restless leg syndrome so, I either have to fix one problem or the other. I can move my legs and make the syndrome go away but that won't help my legs hurting any, but if i don't move my legs then it will only help the part about my legs hurting and i will still get the restless feelings in my legs.

What do I do to help both things?

geez the only thing I can think of is is that you get into a hot tub. The hot water will help relieve the muscle pain and you can move your legs in the water

that or buy those therma care heating pads that you can stick on your legs.

It sounds like your legs just have sore / pulled muscles. That will fade in a few days. Your legs will heal with in a few days. Now I know that RLS gives you that uncontrollable urge to move. All I can say is to just try to make yourself as comfortable as possible. RLS is a neurological problem. It's not a problem with your legs. Have you seen a neurologist about it? Are you on reequip or other medication for it? I don't have too much experience with RLS, but really the only thing for the sore legs is time. Just try to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

Take some Tylenol or Motrin for the leg pain. A warm bath or warm compress may help. Some muscle pain rubs are good too.

Try stretching those legs prior to sleeping. Message them daily. Take tylenol if moderate pain occurs. if sharp pain occurs take ibuporen.
