How do i detet the alcohol content/volume for beer nd wines

I need a way to detect the volume using household chemicals or other cheap stuff

wat is the proper alcohol content by volume you should consume a night?

You can buy a device called a vinometer, which measures the alcohol in wine. You can use it with beer, but it has to be flat beer.
