Ctrl + Shift + ) unhides columns.
Ctrl + Shift + ( unhides rows....

If u are using Excel, select the two rows adjacent to the hidden rows. Then right click and select unhide. Hope that helps.

You can click the "table select" button ( to the left of A, and above 1) -- this will select the entire table. Now you can click Format,Column or Row, unhide.

Perhaps you resized the row so that it's so small you can't see it even though the computer doesn't recognize it as hidden. Try dragging the row below it so that it becomes smaller, and then the missing row should show up. Then you can resize as needed. If you select multiple rows and then resize, you can do many at a time.
