I am getting married in July and having a reception for about 140 people. I am wondering how many bottles of champagne to buy and also sparking cider for non-alcoholic drinkers?

This is for the toast only.

I agree with your first answer 35 champagne 15 non alcoholhic, check with your supplier as some have a return policy on unused in which case buy more if you acn return unopened bottles.

20 bottles Champagne / 4 bottles Cider should cover it. You don't fill the glass to the top anyhow so you will have plenty.

Double Check with the Liquor Store but if their #s are way off go with the above.

6-8 servings per bottle avg=7 24*7= 168 servings

Is it just a toast? I got 3 cases of champagne for 250 people for the toast. When it was gone, they had to go to the bar.
