I use it all the time. I have really sensitive skin and it never burned me. Perhaps they leave it on too long.
Love the stuff.

Some people have sensative skin that could react differently to the chemicals.
If you want to try it, read the label and follow the directions which state that you should only leave it on for a certain amount of time and when trying it for the first time you should test it in a small area to see if it irratates your skin.

Yes it can burn. I didn't leave it on too long, in fact it was only half of the time recommended on the package, and it wasn't on long enough to get rid of any hair. But it was burning like nothing else.
Some people have great results with it, so the only way to know is to try it on yourself.

The only reason people say that is because they either leave it on too long and it starts to work on the skin or they are allergic,i am allergic to it my friend and sister use it and they are fine, she just burned her skin once and thats it.
Good luck!!

i personally use nair.
it's great for your legs.
use the one that is 'peachy'
nair works well but smells bad, but works great.
any kind of nair (hair removals or waxers)
work really well...i have never tried veet
but it DID burn one of my friends fairly badly.
