Just get 6 (six) 1/2 kegs. That should be 46.5 gallons of beer, which is 5,952 ounces of beer, which equals 49.6 ounces of beer per person, which is 4 (four) 12 oz. beers per person, or about 1 beer per person per hour for a 4 hour wedding.

And that is in addition to whatever wine and liquor you plan on serving.

That depends on your size and the beer. Beer can vary from 2.5% abv fruit beers to 12% barley wine. Sam Adams makes Utopias, which is more than three times that. So, if you weigh in at 400 lb and drank fruit beer, you should pass. If you weigh 100 lb and drank 24 oz of Utopias, you probably wouldn't be able to find your car.

Might be cheaper to get a tap brought in. Like a beer truck, and who serves 40oz at a wedding? The beer truck is like draft beer you would buy in a bar.
