To be Christ like.To be a Christian is to acknowledge or accept Christ as your personal Savior (ask him to come into your heart), to believe that he died on the cross for your sins and the sins of the world. In other words it's a spiritual rebirth. I hope this helps you understand. God bless you.

A Christian is one that follows the tenets of Christianity, the religion of Christianity. Belief in Christ does not make one a Christian. If that was the case then Muslims, Hindus etc. would be Christians for they believe in Christ. It is the belief in a religion that makes Catholics, Protestants, Baptists and so on a Christian. I believe in the Old Testament prophets including Moses, does that make me a Jew? No, it is the practice and belief that made this religion that would make me a Jew.

Christian: a person adopting the title of one who follows the Biblical teachings of Jesus Christ, who has accepted Him as Lord and Savior, who is interested in having a close relationship with the Lord.
christian: a title given to those who are pious, of Christian heritage or who exhibit "christian" values and attend church occassionally, but who do not have a relationship with the Lord neccessarily.

The word Christian to me means one who is Christ-like (someone who tries to live a righteous life devoted to God like Jesus did)
Sadly very few Christians even come close to being Christ Like.
Hope this helps God bless

Capitol 'C' one who has an ongoing relationship with Yashua.
Lower case 'c' one who follows their own way, while thinking they are following Him.
Let's remember that the word 'Christ' is a title and not a name.It translates to Messiah.

A True follower of "Christ". The "Holy Spirit" is present in their "Life" which can only come from "God" through repentance and it's by the "Grace" of God" that we recieve "Salvation." It comes only from "His" Shed Blood" from "Dying" on the "Cross" for our sins.
