Have you ever made the correlation between the tree of life and the Bible.

God's Word is printed on paper which comes from tree pulp.

Gen 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

We all must eat (assimilate or consume knowledge) of the tree of life (Jesus Christ), to live for ever.

Christ the living Word.

Rev 10:9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.

Rev 10:10 And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.

Eat, digest the WORD of GOD its so sweet. Satan, his works makes one bitter

Psa 40:7 Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,

Rev 19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

amusing
a small book, a scroll, a written document, a sheet on which something has been written, a bill of divorcement

However scrolls were for the most part, up till a certain time, made of animal hide.

Books of paper came later.

Now the "divorcement connection" is interesting.

Not a bad analogy....
Not the best one I've ever heard, but not bad.
I think I prefer the one that says that the tree of life is Jesus, Himself, and Christians are the fruit it bears....
But yours is not bad.

Doesn't it also say that we get kicked out of God's garden from eating from the tree.

It's not god's word. it's just a book. There are no gods.

If you only want christians to answer, prefix the question with "christians:". otherwise, you'll get answers telling you your jesus never existed (he's a cheap imitation of Horus)
