How can you tell if someone is really lazy?

1) Look at thier body shape. For example: fat, sagging stomach, etc. *this may not tell u much*

2) ask them about wat they do.

3) ask them to do u a favor (like running by ur mail box once a day when ur on vacation) if they don't do it, and they seem to have the time, they're REALLY lazy.

My grandmother seems really lazy. All she does is blame her arthritis for her inactivity. She won't even get a wheelchair or a power scooter, and if she DOES rent out a wheelchair when she goes somewhere, somebody has to literally push her around everywhere--instead of pushing herself around!! She always has an excuse for why she lays around all day and everyday, and she doesn't seem to care about how her inactivity affects other people in her family. My mother is always telling her to get up and be more active, or just ACTIVE PERIOD, and she's completely hard-headed. I think that it's really sad how a person would prefer to just lay around all day the way that she does...it's driving me nuts! I have to fix and bring her all of her meals and supposedly she can't make it to the bathroom so she constantly wets the bed, so I'm constantly changing her sheets. Since my mother and my aunt are at their threshold of frustration and tolerance(her daughters,) my grandmother mentioned going out to stay with my uncle(her son,) so that she can do the EXACT same thing at his house!!!! SHEESH!!!!!

Well, if they lie around and don't do much of anything, if their house/apartment is dirty and cluttered, if they never exercise, if they are not at all motivated.....I think you can say they're lazy.
