What if the system gets somuch usage as to be overwhelmed then shuts down?

Then I guess you get the day off work.

How is it just going to shut down? Is the infamous Mayor Daly just going to say, "That's it! Stop all the buses!"?

I guess I don't understand where your fear is coming from.
