breakfast - 1 peice of oat nut toast w/ natural crunchy peanut butter, an orange, & a 60 calorie non fat yogurt w/ water.

lunch - cheese calzone w/ some maranara sauce, some small orange type things, carrots & some salad.

dinner - grilled chicken salad w/ light red wine vinagrette
dressing.

i also ran today & did some weight training.. not that much, but some.

i'm trying to lose weight, did i eat okay today?

Everything looked fine except the cheese calzone.
Refined flour and sugar in the marinara sauce would probably have calories you don't need.
You don't need another salad, so try pumpernickle bread and turkey sandwhich. Lunch would be a good time to eat protien. Fruit is a good pick me up too.

i don't mean to be overly critical but the cheese calzone sounds a little fatty/starchy....how big? how much cheese?
