Are you sure it is the bones and not the surrounding muscles?
If it really is your bones, try more weight-bearing exercises (walking)...start off easy, then build up. Also, make sure you are not calcium deficient. Osteoporosis begins in the early 30's. If you are not getting 1200mg of calcium in your diet (at age 30), your body gets the rest from your bones.

It could be anything from too tight shoes, being on your feet too long or even gout...but I have found when my bones start aching I usually just need some potassium.
Sometimes if you have a potassium deficiency the bones in your feet may hurt (especially your big toe)...it's worth eating a few bananas or a caesar salad (romain lettuce is high in potassium) to rule it out. I know it sounds kind of funny, but it really works.

Never mentioned your age.Do you have suitable footwear?Good shoes with good arches.Since your feet take abuse every,it pays to have a good shoe to help with the shock f pounding tha pavement. What kind of work do you do?If you are on your feet alot this may also have a direct affect on your problem.Check with an Orthopedic specialist to see if you need special insoles for your feet.there are many people with back and feet problems due to improper footwear.Fallen arches can be very painful.Do you wear flip-flops a lot? This can also be the problem.Check your shoes first.A good shoe is New Balance or Easy Spirit. Many nurses or dental assistants wear these because they protact your feet so well.Good Luck.

There is no medicine or faithful treatment available in the world for ANY PAIN. Pain killers kill the patient and not the pain.
Many times acupuncture helps too good; pl try if you don't know. I treat it with magnets also.
If nothing helps do RA and ESR tests.
If RA test is +ve it confirms and if -ve and ESR high it is RA OF -VE TYPE.
By the grace of God our latest research has enabled us to treat this monster with 90% success without medicine. You can think visiting us.

You could possibly need a calcium supplement. But really you need to see a docter.Hormones maybe could help. And if the pain is in the foot ,you could have heel spurs.

Go to your primary care physician. He will run some tests or refer you to a specialist. Do it now. Stalling will probably make it worse.
