Yes, I agree. That's pretty gross, I hoe she washed her hands and the phone. EEWWWWWWWW.
And don't forget those who bring Sunday Dinner in there with them and talk on the phone at the same time. I avoid public restrooms at all costs.

Some people think it's their right to talk wherever/whenever they wish and privacy goes out the window when you are related to or friends with such people.
Why do we want to hear other people's business? We don't. Some people have no decency and respect for the other person on the phone who probably heard what was happening around her, (eeeuw! I'd be upset if I heard that type of water) or respect for herself enough to do the do fast then get out and go sit on a bench or some other place where the phonecall could be completed w/out letting everyone else in on the details from her side of the conversation. And the icky reality of the germs that must be on that lady's phone by now....EEEEEEEUGH!!!
I know I wouldn't do it if I did have a phone. I refrain from even having a conversation with a friend when I am in there because I prefer saving whatever I need /have to say for later when 5,10, 15 other people aren't in the same place doing what they need to.
Even at home with a cordless handset I wouldn't take it with me to the bathroom. It would short circuit if it got wet!

Yeah, I'd say that's more than kind of gross. If you need to use a public restroom get off the dang phone!

Frankly, I'm bothered by anyone using a cell phone near me loud enough to disrupt my thoughts. Cell phones aren't as vital and necessary to function in daily life as people seem to think they are.
But here's one for you: Once I was at a craft store with a friend. We separated to browse and then I went to the restroom. She recognized my feet under the stall and began conducting a conversation with me, stall to stall - something I am not comfortable with. BUT, she was also reading the store's sale ad, which she'd picked up at the front door. So she was sitting there, talking to me, reading the ad, tearing out the coupon. And then later handed that coupon to the cashier. Isn't that lovely? It doesn't even matter if she washed her hands, she was reading the sale ad, and tearing out the coupon, as she sat on the toilet.
Yuck.

I seen this type of behavior the other day at the University, then she came out of the stall did not flush, did not wash her hands and left the restroom. True story. Very gross and nasty. Made me wonder what is going on with the lack of personal hygiene. God bless****

I have to agree. That is SO gross. I can't stand it when people aren't courteous on their cell phone. And those dumb ear pieces bug me too! You can't tell if their talking to someone else, you, or themselves if their hair is covering the ear piece! But yeah, talking on your cell phone while in the bathroom is rude, cause no one in the bathroom really wants to hear your conversation!

Some people think it's pretty amusing to be talking to someone on the phone while they are squeezing out a log. Don't try to make me believe you have not done this even at home.
Think about this, while we are on the subject of bathrooms: EVERY book in your local library has been in somebody's bathroom.
