A combination of Deep Cleanse Scrub(w/beads) and a weekly mask, that might do some of the work. You also might consider trying a steam mask: Wet a wash cloth with really warm water and place it over your face leaving it for a few minutes or until it cools down. Repeat as many times as you please. The steam will help open your pores and once you're done, use that same washcloth to gently squeeze the blackheads out. Since the skin is soft and the pores are relaxed and open, the blackheads will come-out more easily and you won't literally have to pinch your skin and cause scar.

Every other week to once a month should help. Don't forget to wash your face every night before you go to bed, this will prevent the dirt and make-up build up in your face and pores that causes blackheads and pimples.

Good Luck ^_^

First you should steam the pores open by putting your head in the sink with a towel over your head and the sink so that steam doesn't escape plug the drain and let hot water fill the sink stay under there for 10-15 min only using steam. Afterward use warm water and an antibacterial face wash/exfoliator to wash your face. Then pat dry. Now get in good lighting/magnified mirror and find your troubled areas, get a couple of Q-tip and squeeze the black heads out until it comes out followed by liquid and blood once you see blood stop squeezing your done. I usually take a q-tip and dab peroxide on the newly open pore. When your done removing all the black heads rinse your face off 3 times with just cold water to close the pores.Pat dry and moisturize. After wards I usually place an ice cold wet cloth on my face to continue closing the pores. this process should be done every other day to avoid severe drying. just wash and moisturize on a daily basis and avoid dirty or dusty environments when weather is hot and your pores are collecting dirt.

Blackheads are difficult to remove, but you should not squeeze your skin to pull them out. This will only cause bleeding and scarring. To eliminate them, you need to find a deep cleansing scrub that will gently lift them and smooth your skin. However, while you are waiting to go to the store or get something, here's a remedy you can try from home.

Home remedy for blackheads
Step 1: Get a small bowl
Step 2: Find some baking soda
Step 3: Pour ½ cup of baking soda in a bowl, mix it with crushed oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of water, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of olive oil
Step 4: Massage this gently over all skin that has blackheads. Scrub for 30-60 seconds.
This mixture works particularly well for blackheads on your nose. But, if you don't like oatmeal, or are allergic, try substituting apricot kernels. You can find them at your local health food store.

The other option is to try an all natural, deep penetrating blackhead scrub. The best that I have discovered through personal use is No More Shame Scrub. It works extremely fast because it uses organic sugar cane and essential oils as its base. This exfoliates and smoothes the skin wonderfully and removes blackheads without pinching your skin. Depending on how many blackheads you have, you can see significant results within one to two weeks. It is found at www.discoverb4a.com and may be on www.drugstore.com.

I wish the best of luck. I hated my blackheads and understand your pain. But, you can get rid of them:-)

OMG- I'm so sick of the long answers that have obviously been copied from elsewhere. Here's what you do: Purchase a blackhead/pimple extractor (Revlon is the best) at your pharmacy or beauty store. Wash with Johnon & Johnson Purpose soap 2x a day. Rinse with cold water. Apply Neutrogena Oil Free Moisturizer with SPF15 after. No sqeezing, no damaging skin, and your pores do not get huge. My own personal Dermatologist uses pimple extrators and was pleased to find out that I had purchased one for my teenager and for myself. It works!!- no waiting for them to dryup- they pop right up and out- even your pimples can be cleared out without any damage to the surrounding skin.
