If it is your bones that are hurting you should see a Chiropractor or orthopedic doctor. many times people mistake the pain they are feeling for being the bones when it's actually the muscles. You need to have this evaluated to find out what It is and what can be done to lessen the pain.
I've enclosed a link where you can find a qualified chiropractor in your area.

how bad do they hurt, what about glucosamine chondrotin?
they are key structural components in cartilage. it generally promotes flexibility for joints but will also help strengthen them. do not drink milk. if so, use organic. Broccoli is a good source of calcium also spinach. its at your health food store. or in the vitamin section. use recomended dosage. results may take a few days.

Best OTC med for that is Advil liquigels, but right now NOTHING works. It's the weather conditions. I can barely type. Can't move. I don't know how I'm going to drive to work, let alone work all night.

ask your doctor about having a full body bone scan to rule out anything serious, and go from there. you really need to talk to a doctor.
