I am a guy and when I really like a girl, I get so shy around her I can't do anything. Teasing you might just be his way of getting to know you. It is really hard to tell. If he looks at you a lot, hes definitely interested in something about you. Just see what happens. It doesn't sound bad, but it is hard to tell with what you told us.

Yep, classic crush style. The whole staring and looking away thing, teasing cause he is too shy to interract with ya normally and nice to you normally.
But your too young to date if you cant spell durring :) lol

Yes he does all of those things. I have had a lot of experience and that's exactly what they do. They also Laugh at your jokes even when they're dumb. Try that one out. They will also flirt by bumping into you or pinching your butt. (they have to be the complete opposite of insecure to do that.

Yes to all of those. I am a guy so i would know. We pretty much act stupid around a girl we like. we cant help it we are just crazy about them. But then when someone accuses us of liking a girl we say "No,no,no" but our mind is saying "Yes,yes,yes" so even if a guy denies he likes you if he acts weird he prolly does like you.
