Talk to your local liquor store owner. They'll know what distributors are allowed in your area. Plus, if you don't buy all the booze from distrubutors, you'll be getting it from them. My friendly liquor store owner could only sell me one case of wine per week by law. And I didn't have a wine distrubutor. But a liquor store owner is your best asset.
