I am personally doing the cabbage soup diet, but it is not easy. It is a cleanse and weight loss diet. It has been around for years. My grandmother says her friends used to do it and my mom said she did it about 15 years ago. It is not a diet you stay on though, it is a week long diet, to get you jump started on weight loss. There are websites out there with the details. Then you have to do the work. Cardio and eating decently. Good Luck!
