I have pain in my left wrist & have had steroid injections (my boss is an anesthesiologist, he does this in the office) etc. Went to hand specialist, who ordered MRI. My boss (anesthesiologist) says that the MRI is normal and there is nothing wrong with my wrist. I looked at the reading myself, and it said something about "DISI", and that clinical correlation is recommended. Do I go back to the ortho, or stop wasting my time and just live with the pain? I don't want to be a sissy, but I think I kind of am.

Yes, you should go back to the orthopedic doctor or else a different orthopedic doctor and get further treatment. Appropriate treatment for Dorsal Intercalated Segment Instability requires assessment of the degree of instability and the chronicity of the injury. Options include corticosteroid injection,(Which you have had) immobilization(wrist supports), ligament repair, ligament reconstruction with tendon grafts, limited intercarpal arthrodesis, and ulnar shortening.
