no, vienes is conjugation of venir, which means to come. Instead, use ir, which means to go. it would be

"Vas a la fiesta a las seis y media"

Are you going to the party at six thirty?= ¿Vas a ir a la fiesta a las seis y media?

it is ambiguous since it may be:
vas a la fiesta DE las seis y media (that is the party starts at 6:30)
or
vas a la fiesta A las seis y media (that is the time you are going to the party but it may have started before that time)
to overcome ambiguity you may say:
vas a ir a las seis y media a la fiesta??? (are you going at 6:30 to the party???)
