you could be pregnant if you have been involved in sexual activity. or it could be Anxiety disorder:
Physical symptoms can include shaking, upset stomach, rapid heartbeat, sweating, fainting, trouble breathing, headaches, irritability, and sleep problems. OR Hypoglycemia is a condition where blood sugar levels drop too low. It can be a complication of diabetes, a problem by itself, or associated with other disorders.

Low blood sugar can be caused by not eating for a long time, too much insulin from the pancreas, not enough glycogen from the liver, or long periods of strenuous exercise.

Symptoms can include dizziness, headaches, confusion, blurry vision, night sweats, nightmares, shaking, mood swings, and hot flashes. Some people have a lot of these symptoms; others have only a few.

While this condition is believed to be rare, many people report symptoms. Doctors ask about diet, when the symptoms happen, and test blood sugar to be sure.
Usually, eating a diet lower in sugars, starches, and caffeine will correct the problem.

You should also seee a doctor, he/she is the only one who will be able to properly diagnose your symtoms.

Hi there. I am so sorry to hear about your problem. First of all, I would say that you should definitely go see a doctor, just to be safe.

It sounds like you could possibly have Social Anxiety Disorder (or a similar anxiety disorder as there are many different kinds). Social Anxiety Disorder is a disorder where people have physical reactions when going out in public. My cousin has it and he faints when he goes in public. There are different degrees of the disorder - some people will have extreme reactions (such as fainting) when going out in public at all, while others will have them only when they are in the spotlight, so to speak. This is the most likely reason for what is happening to you.

There are other possibilities though. You could possibly have an overactive thyroid (which could be causing the hot flashes), or perhaps a hormone imbalance which could also cause the problems you are experiencing. The possibilities are numerous so the best thing you can do is see a doctor!

I hope you get to feeling better soon!

That does seem a bit extreme , but the dizziness I would seek medical help about. My boyfriend's sister is pregnant and she was at work one day and started to feel EXTREMELY dizzy and she passed out. Her doctor told her to stay home from work and try to get as much rest as posssible for about a week or so and that if she felt any dizziness at all after to make sure she goes straight home and makes an appointment and gets in to see her doctor as soon as possible because it's not a good sign. She's now 7 1/2 months pregnant and has been healthy since then . Good Luck !

It sounds like you had a moment of fear and it has taken on a life of it's own. Your fear feeds it. The more you fear the worse your symptoms. There is a negative script in your heard telling you that you will get dizzy and feel faint........and the fear of falling.
It sound like you need to change the internal dialog in your head., Instead of feeding your free, Start a positive talk with yourself. The when you are on the bleachers...stop obcessing with your fears. Make sure that you are breathing. Also, make sure you arn't over breathing. Slow breaths and let them out slow. You have more control over your fear than you can ever imagine.

I was in choir from 7-12 grade. I would stand on 1 leg and then rotate to the other and so on. We had sweveral people to pass out. It was mainly cause of not bending their legs enough. Just try put more weight one 1 leg and then switch back and forth.
Hope this helps.

Maybe your experiencing hot flashes?

Hot flashes are experienced by many women, however, not all women undergoing menopause experience hot flashes. A hot flash is a feeling of warmth that spreads over the body. Treatment for hot flashes include hormone replacement therapy and alternative prescription medications such as SSRIs (Effexor, Paxil, Prozac), clonidine (Catapres), megestrol (Megace), and gabapentin (Neurontin). Few alternative treatments for hot flashes (for example phytoestrogens - isoflavones, black cohosh, and vitamin E have been scientifically studied.

drink lots of water.
sometimes that happens to me... its kinda wierd
your description of what happens to you is exactly what happens to me, but I get it whenever we talk about STD's and crap at school... no clue why it happens to me but for some reason i feel like passing out when we do. Or if we talk about what goes on up in the vaginal area....

well I always have to go to the bathroom, my entire body feels sweaty and cold, my vision goes blurry, I can't hear straight, I feel like passing out... then I go to bathroom wait about 3 minutes and i am better... its wierd....

Sounds like anxiety attacks. Talk to your parent again about it. Tell them your concerns. You might need to see a doc. Good luck!
