Hopeless? You have a whole lifetime to upgrade that situation. The only constant in all your dissatisfying relationships and dreams is you. Change it for the better, today. Identify your goals, or set new ones, and work towards them. Start small but have a couple long-term projects too (college?). You'll get to feeling like you are worthy of those goals.

First of all you are young so you are not hopeless, kids now a days are so depressed it is ridiculous. Your question is to vague for me to help with, but take your youth and build yourself a good life, do it when you are young because it is a lot hard to change and rebuild your life once you are old.

I'm young and successful. Have been on that uphill chariot since I was 17. Came up poor and now making money. Sorry you are having trouble but I have always found focus to be the greatest asset.

No...I'm middle aged and happy.
No point in being hopeless, especially when you're young...if you've already given up hope you've got a lot of unhappy years ahead of you.
Might as well choose to be happy, and make the best of the path you walk in life. âº

Well im 24 and my current failure to date rate speaks for itself. I have narrowed it down to being way too independent to have room for a chick in my life. I distance myself from them subcontiously but still want one.
Your still young at least, you have time on your side :)
