Pretty much with everything i do my chest hurts, I really don't want to go to the doctor I am saving that for a last resort.

Without knowing your age, it is hard to diagnose a medical problem. It could be as simple as a cracked rib, to as serious as cardiac problems.
The prognisis can be dire or negliable...to find out... See. Your. Doctor. If necessary, go to a walk-in, but do your local medical system a favour and don't go to the emergency ward unless you belive it to be a genuine emergency.
