I'd find an artist that has a good reputation. Talk with them and show them the current tattoo. It's best if you find a place that does custom work. The artist should be able to draw up something that would work to cover it up. Just remember to bring in some ideas of what you'd like to cover it with. Most custom artists are happy to work with you if you already have an idea of what you'd like.

Unlike the two blonde's that answered before me I will give you a more accurate answer. Talk to your tattoo artist, anyone who is a decent artist can give you some ideas, just make sure that what you choose you can live with for the rest of your life. The so called tattoo remover creams are bull, they can not penetrate the depth of the tattoo so don't waste your money.
A word of advice for the future, never have anyone other then a sibling, parent, child, or family members named tattooed on your body. There is an old superstition that says once you do, you have domed the relationship. My hubby, who is a tattoo artist, make the same mistake. He now has his ex's name tattooed on his forearm, I don't say much to him about it because that is his oldest daughters mother, otherwise, it would already be covered.
Good luck.

Hey I know a little about coverups because I resently had one done. http://www.ratemyink.com/?action=ssp&pid=29470 To pull a cover up off it USUALLY has to be darker and bigger (as my cover up was). I say usually because there are artists out there who specialize in cover up that are doing some amazing things. Here is a link to over 400 cover up tattoos. http://www.tattooartists.org/Gct22_Cover_Up_Tattoos.asp
Maybe you will get an idea of what the possiblities are after you look at some good cover ups. Be sure you use an artist that is good at inking over other artists mistakes. (I noticed Somebody offered to help find you an artist.....Take her up on it. She has spent lots of time researching tattoos and tattoos artists)

Good luck with your cover up. Be sure and sent me a pic.

the best thing you can do is go to a custom tattoo artist who is experienced in doing coverup tattoos. there are tons of options in covering up a tattoo but the artist would be the best person to advise you on that. there are very few tattoos that are not coverable so i wouldn't worry about that aspect of it. if you need help finding an artist i'll be glad to help you out.

You would have to get it coverd up by having another tattoo put over it, or pay to have it removed by a plastic surgen.

wrecking balm...its awesome, and painless, and very cheap. It fades the tattoo, and then it disapears. Its crazy.
