Ahh yeah. In the beginning God created the heavens and Earth, etc He placed on Earth Adam a single word be and he was and he place a pair of every creature and from Adam he made Eve and told them to dwell therein forever but to not touch the tree but they didn't listen and so they sinned (sin - go against God's law) and were cast out of the place they were in and were to eventually die. So why would be evolved from monkeys if God tells us Adam and Eve were the first people and why arent the monkeys still evolving to humans?

No there was no death before sin.
It is not logical to believe that and the theory of evolution.

Evolution is based on survival of the fittest, and the very concept requires the death of the unfit.

If not something died beforehand Adam sinned, how might want to Adam regular what lack of existence develop into? no doubt in his wandering the backyard, he stumbled on useless or death animals. He knew even as God suggested that he might want to "go back to the dirt of the floor" that he might want to finally end up like the animals he discovered useless. And if someone doubts that lack of existence got here about between animals beforehand Adam, the position did all the fossils come from? Did the plants and animals merely laid down on the floor and waited to be lined over through the dirt of time?

No, according to the Christian faith, our Bible states that death is an enemy and a curse, that came after Adam and Eve decided to disobey God.

Death and disease are the result of sin

To some extinct...to say we evolved from monkeys is just insane...but yes Adam and Eve could have been a billion years old.

Sure it's possible to believe - even atheists on this site will tell you so. Whether or not it makes sense is a point which is hotly debated. I vouch that it does.
