He is everywhere because He is God. God is the sun, the air, the light. the planets, and the stars. God is infinite and undefinable.

Excellent question....
We will all know the answer to that question one day. For me it is rooted in my spiritual faith.
Only if God is nowhere, can he be everywhere.
Consider these questions: How does man walks upright when he is 80% water? Why can't we fly like birds? Did man once have gills like fish?
These are only questions that an infinite being such as God could answer. Thus God is everywhere at the same moment.

It's hard to understand in a 3 dimensional material world. For sake of argument let's say there are other dimensions, a dimension of God that connects all things.

Or imagine the air you breath is God, it flows in you and out of you and is always there, you can't see it but you can feel it. Without it you can't survive and all life needs it, even life that lives in water or areas that don't seem to be connected. Even people who don't realize they depend on it use it every moment, it flow in and through us all and is everywhere.

These are but a couple of thoughts, there may be better ways to explain this but hopefully this will help.

Time and space is man made, it really doesn't exist. God is energy and light, which can be everywhere.

This is a property of His transcendance. Since He created the physical universe, it follows that all of its properties are something other than His. The universe is created, He is eternal. The universe is physical, he is non-physical.

The laws of physics do not apply to God - He is their author and master.

he exists outside the confines of our understanding. He is infinite. He can't be described because we are incapable of understanding what exactly he is. It's like if you were a 3 dimensional being (which you are) and you were trying to describe yourself to a 2 dimensional being.... it can't be done because the 2 dimensional being only understands 2 dimensions.
hope that's helpful
