Rueben!
Or (and I do make this often) roast turkey with provolone or muenster cheese on crusty bread with olives, roasted red peppers, and shredded lettuce. Maybe some garlic mayo too!

A publix special - you know a wheat sub sandwich, with all the veggies, jalepeno peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, provolene cheese, banana peppers, black olives, topped off with a touch of olive oil, salt and pepper. My friend is sitting here saying Philly Cheese sandwich. Take your choice, or make up your own. Got to go now I'm hungry. God Bless, Martha S.

I would make a great northeastern sub.... Boy am I craving one right about now. I'm originally from New Jersey and I worked in a deli. Here goes my choice
Roast beef - cold - In New Jersey they have hot or cold Roast Beef.
Provolone Cheese
crushed hot peppers
onions
lettuce
tomatoes
oil ONLY no vinegar
salt and pepper
lite oregano
Made on an fresh baked italian sub roll
I now live in Florida and nothing here can compare....
Try it you will like it.

Reuben: corned beef, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing on rye bread. My husband would think he'd died and gone to heaven.
