Hey all,
I'm planning on getting a teardrop or moustache tattoo on my finger. Like you can see in this link http://www.needled.com/archives/2005/09/finger_mustache.php
I was just wondering which you thought was better? Also do you think they would be very noticeable? I don't think they will because you never really look inbetween peoples fingers. I know alot of tattoo artist won't do fingers so no need to tell me that, i know alot of you will just think it's a fad and silly tattoo to get but i want it and you can't change my mind so keep your comments to yourself.
I just want to know what you think looks better teardrop or moustache? No i haven't killed anyone before people start telling me teardrops mean you killed someone.
Has anyone ever had a finger tattoo if so does it hurt much and does the ink not take to fingers very well?

It does hurt a bit on the fingers.
Your right, no one seems to
notice it there. Besides, the tat
you are getting is so small,
it won't take long, so the pain
is bound to be a lot less.
I like the tear drop better. It's
sweet. The mustache is kind
of funny , but how many times
will that make you laugh.??

Teardrop myth is true to some extent but not totally. Alot of guys have it done just becuase everyone thinks it measn that.
As fa as the finger it will hurt a little more than a tattoo on another body part just because fingers are mostly bone with not a lot of fat and muscle.
They tend to fade faster because you are constantly washing your hands and sloughing off skin cells.

i have a friend who has a moustache tattoo and also last weekend when i was getting tattooed a guy came by and got his first tattoo... a moustache finger. very cute. my friend who has one has his done had to get it touched up a couple of months after he got it done initially and he needs to have it touched up again. ink just doesn't stay in hands like other parts of the body so you should be prepared for multiple applications. i would imagine that it hurts quite a bit since it's right on top of bone but it only takes about 10 minutes and that seems like cake to me.

hahaha, by the way, did you ever see that family ties, where michael j. fox grows a mustache, and goes to the high school and is like, nothing much has changed, except my mustache!!!!!!tooo funny.
never had a finger tattoo either. mustache! mustache! mustache!
i dont like the teardrop at all.

Oh my god! that is the coolest thing i have ever seen! U have to get the mustache. If i was having the worst day of my life and some random person came up to me and put on their "fake mustache" It would totally make my day!! I Love it.

I do not have one on my finger.
If your going for humor definitely go with the mustache! It is to funny and I love it.
If your more for drama (like acting) go for the tear drop. It reminds me alot of the 2 masks, one sad, one happy!

Tear drops are taken!! lol me and my hubby got them.. the mustache is awesome tho.. so funny i just love when people get those.
