You may not have a tattoo visible, but that is hardly a tatoo. Airlines are just like any other company in that they can NOT discriminate based on physical appearances. So if they did not hire your friend based on that condition alone, then your friend would have the basis for a lawsuit.

Yes, they do..... If they do not and you know for a fact that they rejected your employment based on that fact, you can call an attorney and you'll never have to work again.

No visible tatoos whatsoever are accepted in the Airline Industry:

As well as some tourism/service industry sectors. that's a fact.
