I mean He could have made our souls right? Then zapped them down to Earth and we would have existed as spirits here. That way we would not have to die and we'd just float up to heaven when we were ready? Does this make any sense.? And dont try to quote me Genises cause I know it by heart! I am asking a question and I expect an answer to the question not a referral to a point I already know. So please attempt an answer!

oh, it would be nice and easy then ( if we would be like spirits), but why from your opinion kids need to go to the school ( I hate school grrr..)?? because they need to evolve, progress, grow (well, I wont say that this idea is actually bullshit and that school doesn't make me progress at all, but you got the point..) and that's what all people here on earth are doing, we're just preparing for next life ( I don't know if it's better or harder I just know that that's not heaven for shore, we're still too incomplete for heaven (if something like heaven exists), so we're here to go through difficulties and get stronger no matter how we (and especially me) don't like that..

Spirits aren't physical. A spirit always needs a physical manifestation either by supernatural power, which we were not created with, or by taking possession of a body. and a spirit and soul aren't the same. a spirit needs a mind and/or soul to govern it.
and I think God was pretty creative in making man. Think about it: He already made spiritual beings (angels), so why would He want just too many of the same thing? man is very intricate: soul, spirit, and a complex body.
Adam was originally the care-taker of the garden of Eden, having dominion over the animals, tilling the soil, and naming God's animate creation. We were created as humans for a special purpose. besides, human literally means "a spirit with a body", so it'd be interesting to be called something else.

We are of the Earth and this is our proper home after the final judgement God will renew or reorder the Earth and we will inhabit it.
God did not make Heaven for us it is the domain of spirits without bodies,ie. Angels.
Before the final judgement those who have died and are not damned will be in Heaven but only for a time and they will be returned to the new Earth.
We are of the nature of spirits but with an earthly body and God made this world especially for us.

This earth exists only as the best possible way to create the next world. Why this includes suffering, freewill and death I don't know but all of these involve love.
Love is the one thing that God can not create. You can't force something to love you or the love has no meaning.

GOD created all his children(their souls) at the same time in the very beginning in the first earth age. We are all the same age as far as spiritual bodies.
We have to go threw the flesh age( 2nd earth age)to experience all GODs "emotions "and learn of them. To learn death, life, different types love, hate, etc. Ecc 3.

If you understand the analogy how the Cosmos came into being... you would understand it all! God did not create human beings... they get created on their own based on the residual balance of karma. Human beings get created when our soul atman within has already passed through 7.3 million manifestations as insect life, plant life and animal life. In the human form alone we have 1.1 million manifestations (an earthly journey of 12.1 million years) before a human being gains enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha).
At the time of the big bang... the cluster of all purified souls atmans in the Cosmos spreads out in the Cosmos at unimaginable speeds. In the cosmic journey they gain impurities. To remove the impurities (the dross within) these souls’ atmans manifest a chain of 8.4 million life cycles. Initially manifesting as an amoeba (single cell formation... the first manifestation in the cosmic life cycle)... it further evolves into multi-cell formation, then insect life, plant life, animal life and after passing 7.3 million manifestations... the soul atman within gains the form of a human being.
The soul atman... the spirit within our body right from the time the big bang occurred... tries to come back to its pure pristine original form. This is only possible after it has passed through 8.4 million manifestations on the whole. God created human beings is thus nullified. It is the soul atman within that takes the body of a human being after passing through 7.3 million manifestations. Unless the soul atman reaches the 8.4 millionth manifestation... it keeps on manifesting body after another. This process of evolution just cannot stop on its own... not even God Almighty can stop it.
The moment the soul atman within reaches the 8.4 millionth manifestation... it announces that the form of a human being has gained enlightenment and finally salvation. At the time of leaving the mortal frame... this soul atman goes to the kingdom of God (aka Baikuntha in Hinduism).
Heaven and hell are interim stages in the life of a soul atman. After the death of the body if the residual balance of karma is positive... the soul atman goes to heaven. A negative balance of karma earns a seat in hell. This only happens if matching parents are not available on Mother Earth. If the matching parents are available... the soul atman immediately manifests another body. No soul atman can directly go to the kingdom of God from the kingdom of heaven. It is only as a human being one reaches the stage of enlightenment and finally goes to the kingdom of God.
The form of a human being is the highest manifest stage in the cosmic life cycle of the soul atman. It is only as a human being a soul atman can liberate itself from the cycle of birth and death... never otherwise! All whatever has been stated above is available in Bhagavad Gita... the most sacred Scripture of Hinduism available on Mother Earth.
