BRUSH!

2007-04-26 11:47:21 · answer #1 · answered by Starcraft 2 · 0 0

I had a some stains once, brushing didn't do much. When I talked to the dentist he said that if you don't get professional cleaning enough (every 6 months I think) your teeth will stain easier. He had to do a cleaning and Polish the stains off. If you can't get to the dentist maybe you could find some kind of home tooth polish or stain remover at the drug store.

besides the obvious, brushing of the teeth, stop smoking (if you do anyways)

no more coffee, for awhile anyways. try tea.

pick up teeth whitening strips.

and seriously, brush after every meal. they make protable toothbrushes and mini things of tooth paste.

and spend like 10 seconds (or longer) scrrubbingg those spots.

though if there black....and you've been smorking pot-then there holes in your teeth, and if they dont feel like holes, then they will be.

after all of that, make an appointment with your dentist for a cleaning...extream cleaning!

nothing throws away a prefect first impression than nasty teeth.
