Pay taxes
No crimes
Hard workers
Increase life class: (you always see inmigrants taking the wrost jobs)
Respect Americans

If someone immigrated legally, are doing the things you mentioned and making at least an effort to learn english, they they are totally welcome to stay in my opinion.

No crimes would mean they are here legally. I've seen nothing against LEGAL immigrants.
There is nothing racist about the hate I usually see. It has to do with other people here illegally stealing education and opportunities from our children to give to their children, when we are paying for that now failing education and are the ones who created the services and the economy that provides those evaporating opportunities.
Our schools are failing, our hospitals are closing and illegals automatically seem poorer in getting OUR services because they have no TRACABLE income.
The schools are my biggest point, because our children's education is their future.
Their children are not more important than our own.

That would make them legal immigrants. And they deserve to be here. It's the illegal ones that do none of the above mentioned that don't deserve to be here.

Does 'good' mean no rap sheet? Yes, immigrants take the worst jobs because Americans don't want them. They pay a lot more than wages in Mexico or other latin countries. The only thing that bugs me is welfare for noncitizens when we can't pay social security recipients and others in need decent funds.

Everyone who lives on North America is an immigrant. There are no races that started here. At some point in time, everyone migrated here from somewhere else.

ARE YOU FOR REAL? Unless you are a native american at some point in your ancestral line someone came here from somewhere,that's why you are writing this in english.And YES there are legal inmigrants,YES they should stay here,they are what made this country and it will always be so.

They come here legally and they should speak our language and they expect us to speak spanish, you are in america and need to speak english, personally i hate all illegal immigrants, and they are making the big cities more cramped.

As long as they are legal. If they are willing to break the law by coming here illegally they are willing to break other laws. Also they need to speak english, not necessarily well, but I shouldn't have to learn their language to communicate.

A good immigrant is a LEGAL immigrant, and YES, they should be able to stay in the United States. But, if you come into this country illegally, you are a criminal, and you should not be allowed to stay.
