No, honey. He doesn't call them the spawn of satan. Not in any translation of the bible I've ever seen.
Throughout the bible the devil is called the Father of Lies.
Jesus is talking to the Pharisees (see vs 13). He is chastising them for believing the Father of Lies over him.
John 8:44-45 Douay Rheims Version
44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and he stood not in the truth; because truth is not in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father thereof. 45 But if I say the truth, you believe me not.

No. The present day Zionists could be compared to the Zealots of Jesus' day.
No... Jesus was speaking to the Pharisees who were heaping works and rituals onto the people and bilking them for money in the name of worship.

Oh they say they are "Jews" but do lie! They are really the tares or kenites.
Jhn 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
"He was a murderer from the beginning", Who was the first murder? Cain, he talking about kenites or tares who call themselves Jews but are not. They are the" synagogue of Satan." Rev 2:9 and 3:9.
Satan is the father of lies, and his children are also.
