Welcome in what sense? If you are talking of a greeting, there are also different ways of saying a greeting.

A litteral translation will not be to hard. Here is a refrernce page that gives you a lot of "welcomes" in several meanings.

In polish it would be :witaj (pronounced vitay)

However, more correct tranlsations are by saying like I/he/she/we.. etc. are [currently] welcoming.
Like lets say I open the door to a friend and I say "welcome to my house", I'd say: "witam w mojim domu" : (I am [currently]welcoming)

So :

I: witam (pronounced: vitam)
we:witamy (pronounced: vitamih)

There are no exact translations into english though but this is pretty close. :)

in indonesian it's "selamat datang" (in a sense when you're welcoming someone who's coming over)

in german it's "wilkommen"
