Id actually like to gain weight, but lose body fat. I do exercise often but I dont eat very good. To accomplish my goal what foods should I eat? What do i look for on the label? Is all Im concerned about is amount of fat in the food? A lot of calories doesnt matter since Im not trying to lose weight, right?

Is there a simple web site that says what foods are healthy or low in fat?

Basically, what do I eat to lose body fat without losing weight?

Im average weight and I exercise and do cardio and all that but I know my diet is the problem....HELP!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

If you'd like to lose fat and gain weight, you need to work on your muscles. Muscle weighs more than fat does.

Also Google 'Negative Calorie Foods.' To name a few: peaches, rhubarb, broccoli, lettuce.
