Students sometimes make fun of peoples accent,Poke fun of their race and do things to students to piss them off.Do u think there should be fines placed on students that make fun of people with this kind of behavior?
This has been a major cause of shootings in schools and college campuses.

some people just get angered more than others, this kid aperently had a problem, because everyone gets tlaked about, EVERYONE in the world gets teased or made fun of at some point, but some take it harder than others, and that can be signs of either one, Mental Problems, or two, SEVERE EMO PROBLEMS. and it's kindof wrong to have kids buying guns without parental supervision at least, but the world is getting more dangerous anyway....so it's now becoming and important thing to have!....especially in "the hood"
but yeah oh well, 33 killed is not alot, not to seem like i'd ever do this, because i'm not someone who would kill people because i actually have friends.....but anyway to me, 33 is a low number comparing to the millions in the world....so, i mean if it was over 100+ then i'd be scared
still, i'm not trying to be mean or a dark person it's just that this kid was just a.....NEEDLE in the stariway of life....thats all!

People making fun of someone will always happen no matter what. No matter how many school shooting happen. People will always make fun of others. It's very normal part of being a human. It's like as ranking systems among animals. The alpha male usually are on the top and will bully everyone else and have everythings his way. It's same with human.
I think we're doing more harm by talking about this all of the time. This will just make other people think "hmm... This get their attention. No one pay me any attention and treat me like lowest of the low life... May if I do this, I'll accomplish something and people will start to respect me after I'm dead"
I think it's so stupid for the world to be obossed with this kind of thing. It's like as feeding a homeless cat.You start by feeding one, then next week you'll be feeding 100 and if you stop, they'll never go away. They'll hang around and meows every time you come out of the door.
I think we should have just shrug and say "oh well this suck. Let move on" and not give anyone any attention or any credit. That way others will not see any point in doing this because it accomplish nothing beside people dying.

Cho Seung is thought to be autistic, with his autism and kids really picking on him by stuffing trash down his throat I can see why he became so deranged. In reguards to your question I believe fines for bullying would be nice but doubt there could be much enforcement.

Don't even begin to make up excuses for that coward. Name calling and the like, while thoughtless and mean, are not a valid reasons to start shooting people. This punk was completely off his rocker. Too bad somebody with a concealed carry permit wasn't allowed on campus or this guy might not have taken as many lives as he did.

One should be very careful not to demean or verbally abuse another person.. This may be the trigger that sets, or causes them to snap.. Every person has a breaking point.. If one is not tolerant of others, then they in turn will not be tolerant of you...

this kid was just messed up in the head. No one caused it, he did it cuz he is crazy. Kids tried to talk to him but he was a shy, quiet, loner kid, that didnt like anyone.
