I don't believe any one of us could ever understand God fully, and you're right, there are ALOT of "RELIGIOUS" people out there giving God a bad name, that's why he wants a personal realationship with you. Only God can know what hides in the hearts of men and the bible tells us not to put our trust in man but to trust in God, want to know more?? contact me!!

If everyone in the world obeyed the 10 Commandments, there would be no evil or crime or terrorism. The reason why people commit evil is because they are "obeying" the wrong gods, or else they are disobeying the Creator of this Universe.
The Bible is unique among holy books in that it does not glorify Man, in fact it clearly puts the failures of even important Biblical characters right out front. No other holy book does this. It puts the focus of worship directly on God. Even the Koran deifies Mohammed, a mere man. You cannot say anything negative about him or expose any weaknesses he had upon pain of death. Especially given the fact that Mohammed never claimed to be God; Jesus Christ did! When a man claims to be God, he'd better have the power to back up that claim, and He did. He healed the sick and the lame with a word or a touch, He raised the dead, he made food miraculously appear, and He rose from the dead Himself, showing himself to hundreds of eyewitnesses. Mohammed never did any of these things. Neither did Buddha, Siddhartva, Krishna, Abraham, Joseph Smith, the Pope, etc. You don't have to look far to know who the Real God is. Also, all the other religions tell you that peace can be found either "within you", or that peace can be attained on this fallen Earth. Christianity is the only one that says that peace outside of Christ is impossible, and that it will not occur on this temporal Earth, while sinners still occupy it. Trying to achieve peace on a planet full of sinners is like trying to fill a barrel with water that is full of holes at the bottom. It will never happen. Look to Christ for peace.

faith ih God with out faith, of direction. yet religions do not reason wars anymore then McDonald's makes you fat. faith is used as an excuse, a reason to bypass to conflict, to attempt to rally others to conflict. that's incredibly shown interior the middle East, truthfully. If Islam grew to become into at conflict with the West we'd be dealing with some million Muslims and we'd have already lost in Iraq. Wars are approximately skill and administration. Wars are fought via adult men against different adult men. And those adult men do not care plenty what faith their enemy is. yet alterations interior the optimum faith of their enemies would be used to greater their reason. yet for some human beings, as your self, the extremists get you have confidence that faith is the reason, that's what they want you to think of.

That's the irony of it we blame God for every thing that happens, but we kill in the name of God, and no man will ever fully understand God.

Jehovah's Witnesses have never went to war and refuse to kill our Brothers and Sisters. We will go to jail before we go to war. God is love. And we have learned to love our neighbor as our self, the second greatest commandment.
What hope for peace in our time?

People that do bad things that claim to love God or do these things in "His Name" do not know Him OR love Him.

I don't think that alot of organized religions are teaching what the true nature of God is.
For me...His true nature is unconditional love.
What I see in organized religion is judgement, not love.

I'm sure that God is dissappointed.

Satan is the god of this world. (2 Cor. 4:4) When people do bad things in the name of God or Jesus, Satan is the one who is happy about it.

I think God is very disapointed in those individuals. He wants us to love each other. Remember he said to "love thy neighbor" Which means everyone.

Religions are the main cause of why people kill other people, the Holocaust, 9/11, Iran/Iraq, Israel/Palestine, and the list goes on and on. Religion downright scares me and is one of the most evil entities known to man made by man.
