OK? If you were the temperament of a flagrant reporter type then you'd never ask. As you care how others feel - it seems likely you will report only those that deserve to be reported.
But of course no one can stop you, or use force to stop you. If you must, for a reason you hold, then yes go ahead.
If you have always wanted to be more true to your self - then start reporting everyone.

It seems really pointless, unless you find abusive everyone and anyone who is answering your questions!
There is an easier way to deal with a question that has "No good answers" amongst the respondents. After reviewing all of the proposals, simply choose "No Best Answer" as your vote, instead of giving everybody a thumbs-down or a flag.
Save the flag for when it is really needed! Otherwise, you may seem to the Y!A community to be crying "Wolf!". I trust you remember what happened to the lazy shepherd in that story.
