Moses is alive, he is in heaven.
He might possibly be upset that more humans are not living by the 10 Commandments that were given to him by God to pass on to us.

He'd be tried and convicted as a war criminal for crimes of genocide.

Numbers 31:15-18 (after the army has killed all the adult male Midianites):

"Have you allowed all the women to live?" he [Moses] asked them. "They were the ones who followed Balaam's advice and were the means of turning the Israelites away from the LORD in what happened at Peor, so that a plague struck the LORD's people. Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man.

If the genocide prosecution fails, the last verse sets him up for pedophilia and slavery charges.

He would probably be Prime Minister of Israel, and as such would annihilate all terrorist factions that refused to recognise Israel as The Jewish Homeland, and for those remaining Muslims, who persisted in carrying out all these needless bombings and sniper attacks, he'd make the earth open and swallow them up. Lastly, he would destroy Mecca, because it's the main cause of all the carnage.

Well, having been dumped in a basket by his mother, he'd be in a care home for children - and then knowing his luck he'd be adopted by Kate Moss and that deadleg boyfriend of hers.

He'd sort G.W.Bush's s h i t out for one thing and get rid of that **** for us. The tablets would be made of recycleable plastic, available on ebay and imported from Taiwan. I'd take him round Amsterdam and get him stoned on skunk and space cakes and we'd do the red light district. That would mangle up his commandments a bit !
