First, at 35 years you are not a boy, you're a man! To reduce weight, move more and eat less. There is no other way! Start walking wherever you can. Make limits to your food. Write down at night what you will eat the next day and stick to it. Drink lots of water. Pray often. Good luck!

u need exercise and eat only 1 time a day

hey
eat alot on breakfast
drink alot of water
drop pepsi and drink 100% natural juice
don't eat 3 hours befor u go 2 bed
when u feel hungry eat a handfull of nuts
try walking 2 work once a week

hi mite
u must take these precautions.
drink alot of water.
only take vegetarian meal.
eat only three times a day.
after taking brkfast dont eat upto 5 hours den after lunch den again no eating for 5 hours den dinner. sleep after 2hours of dinner.
it will help u alot.

hey! ramji. jyada khane se weight nahi badhta or kam khane se weight kam nahi hota. u can lose your weight by regular exercises.
