Why do so many hate President Buish more?
President Bush has made his mistake with the war in Iraq but in his heart he has the best intentions for our country............

President Clinton made some foreign policy mistakes himself
as well as being an embarrsement with his personal life and lady encounters..
Since they both are Christians why is Bush attacked so much more harshly?

More harshly? How old were you when Clinton was Pres? These "attacks" are about the same, they are just for different reasons. You should read up on the attacks some made on George Washington and Abraham Lincoln... I believe they made remarks about Lincoln's personal life as well, when he was Pres. Everyone in Politics is open to these attacks... and they will most likely be remembered for the bad things they did. It wouldn't matter if they saved the entire world from destruction... if they got a BJ in the White House, they're dirt. *wink*

Because Clinton's indiscretion though quite embarrassing to our country, his family and himself didn't get anyone killed.

Bush's indiscretion on the other hand; plunged us into a war against an adjective (terror), with no clear enemy in a country that had nothing to do with why we were attacked in the first place.

When those towers came down, the whole world (even France!) were sympathetic to us. We rightly pursued Bin Ladin in Afghanistan, but made a really weird turn. This has resulted in a devestating war that is killing off a lot of beautiful people on all sides.

Many wicked people have profited materially from this terrible action.

To quote the bumper sticker:

"No-one died when Clinton lied."

Put things into perspective... Clinton lied about having an extramarital affair. Bush lied to bring the U.S. into an unwinnable war, leading to the deaths of THOUSANDS.

Not forgetting "No Child Left Behind," which has squandered millions on testing and has tossed an entire generation of kids behind. NCLB? Now Clinton Looks Better!

So, why do you even have to wonder why so many would prefer Clinton to Bush?

No one died when Clinton lied.

Bush's lies have cost the lives of 3000 American soldiers. His propaganda machine has been uncovered lying about the Jessica Lynch rescue and the Pat Tillman friendly fire death. He pretends to support Gonzales - but cant form a coherant statement as to why he trusts a man who cant recall a meeting he attended three months ago! His handling of Katrina was a mess.
Clinton lied about getting a BJ.

What part is so difficult for you to grasp?

With all due respect, I think you don't know what is in the heart of President Bush.

He is hated for lying to the public about weapons of mass destruction, and for using the excuse of terrorism to start a war when he's really after the oil.

Clinton didn't ride his faith to two terms, appeasing the Christian right, and making them look utterly foolish in the process in exchange for their votes.

Clinton didn't lie us into a war, changing our reasoning for being in Iraq multiple times along the way.

Clinton didn't try to appoint his buddies to Supreme Court seats, even when they had no experience.

Clinton didn't inherit a surplus budget, and piss it all away on an illegal war.

Bush did.

Bush was unfortunate to become President of the 9/11 era, he gets much harsher criticism for his foreign policy and national defense, something Clinton didn't have to deal with to this level.

Clinton could speak in coherent sentences, he never led us into a false war, he realized that all Americans mattered - there are MANY reasons.
