Great answer Donna M. I could not deliver the bacon sandwich, as I have no bacon. I could offer Him a hamburger though, and hope that He's satisfied with the alternative, just like I have to be satisfied with His alternative answers to my prayers. But I'm not bitter. HOLD THE PHONE. Jesus is Jewish and they don't eat pork.
Jesus is coming. Look busy.
Nice fro.

I don't have the bacon anymore, I just used that a couple days ago for chowder. But I'm sure she'll be more than perfectly happy with any other sandwich I make and the generosity.

You better beleive that if God showed up knocking on my door I would give him whatever he asked for. If I didn't have the ingrediants I would go out and get them. No doubt about it.
I would feel privledged that he stopped at my house. Must have done something right. What a blessing that would be.
Good Luck and God bless.

I would tell Him: Sorry old boy but I don't eat bacon. Try my Arab neighbour nextdoor. I would gladly offer him something else though if he didn' t mind eating it. A good plate of spaghetti Neapolitan style for instance as I' m very good at at making it.

If God turned up, I would ask him to produce the ingredients cos not got any in. I'm sure he wouldn't mind.He is a very loving God and never demands of us that which is beyond us.

I could muster ham, and I could grill it for her if that would help.
Mind you, the very suggestion would probably get the mouth watering. I'd invite her in, give her a cup of tea, and pop round the corner for some rashers. We'd compete to see who could spill the least/most ketchup. God would win, of course, the smug git.
