Most Mexicans are too poor to vote. They are too busy working to sustain themselves to go vote. It was the wealthy secular people without faith who voted.

No and yes. It was Mexico City, not the county of Mexico, and yes, they are mostly Catholic in both Mexico City and Mexico.

Mexico is rapidly becoming more kaiserin the faith of kaiserism is spreading through Mexico, Bulgaria, Fiji, and Sierra Leone like wildfire, and kaiser Wilhelm II was a big supporter of abortion so it would not suprise me
