My maternal ancestors, I'm told, were of a Chickasaw or Cherokee Indian bloodline, I've been investigating origins from Virginia to North Carolina to western Tennessee. Census records show the Tennessee relatives as "Mulatto". My indian great-grandfather father married a woman who may have been caucasian/black mix.

Here it goes. German w/ Cherokee Indian (because the German settlers in my family married the native americans)-that's on my fathers side. My mothers side is Scot-Irish, they married the native american Cherokee's too. Also on my mothers side is some French, not much, just a little. Also on my mothers side that French is the Fugates who are the BLUE Fugates of Kentucky. There is also a tiny bit of Dutch from my fathers side. (IN A NUTSHELL)

I was born in the USA. My ancestors so far as I can trace back were all Mexican. My grandfather brought my dad's family to the USA, and later he went back to marry my mom and bring her here too.

Both my parents' surnames originate from Spain. My dad's is even derived from a town in Spain. However, I haven't actually traced the family back there yet.
