do you mean menopause? eat things with soy in them. also take black cohosh and St John's Wort. they'll help with mood swings and hot flashes.

For what? Post-menstrual-syndrome? No such thing. There is PRE-menstrual Syndrome (PMS) and when you are older and your periods stop, you have been through Menopause.

There are no specific foods you need to eat after menopause. Unless you have other health problems and your doctor has put you on a special diet.
