Besides tri-geminal neuralgia, shingles would be a concern. It is caused by a reactivation of the herpes zoster virus that causes chicken pox. While shingles usually occurs on the trunk, it may involve one of the three main branches of the tri-geminal nerve, the fifth cranial nerve.
Bell's palsy is usually first associated by weakness of one side of the face, but it may be preceded by numbness and tingling.
Regardless of cause, persistence of these symptoms merits a medical exam.

Looks like ' Tic Douloureux' or 'Trigeminal neuralgia'
that's an inflammation in the trigeminal nerves of the face (usually on one side ) , which worsens even with cold breeze.
and one of it's symptoms is the severe burning sensation.
I strongly suggest you see a doctor.

It could be tri-geminal neuralgia (an inflammation of an important nerve in the face). This can progress to numbness and pain. I'd suggest seeing a doctor.
